In this class, you will:

  • Receive tools to strengthen your relationship

  • Improve your communication

  • Prepare for marriage or long-term commitment

Fall Class Agenda (Wednesdays 7pm-8:30pm PST)

  • September 30: Intros, Identity & Story

  • October 7: Family of Origin: Meaning, values & expectations

  • October 14: Attachment, Communication and Conflict Cycles

  • October 21: Intimacy & Connection

  • October 28: Real-life challenges: finances, in-laws, and household roles

  • November 4: Wrap-up Activities

Couples are also welcome to opt-in for up to 3 additional individualized 45-minute consultation meetings with a facilitator of their choice. $90 per consultation meeting.

Couples are recommended to enroll for couples therapy if any additional or longer-term work is desired.
