I was born & raised in the greater Seattle area and have witnessed the city transform into a destination for many. My experience working within the Seattle healing arts aligned my caring nature with the philosophy of "partnering on your journey into well-being." Unity Collective is my opportunity to blend wisdom & purpose into the divine potential to heal.

I am currently a master's student at Seattle Pacific University studying Marriage and Family Therapy. My work blends deep therapeutic care with practical strategies through a faith-filled approach. Did you know that MFTs are the only mental health professionals specifically trained to think systemically? Generational structures influence our daily lives and relationships! We will explore these truths! When working together, our aim will be to cultivate balance, clarity, and (more) joy into our daily lives. Sessions will be used to reflect upon individual needs, circumstances, and readiness for change.
Whether you need a warm welcome to the 206 or a friend from the town with roots that run deep, I am positioned to serve as emotional support for those navigating grief & loss, communication & intimacy issues, new Christian faith, multiracial identity, and young adults facing cancer.
Allow me to be a light in your life, supporting both mental health & personal growth while increasing faith & resilience. At the root of each session, my goal is for every client to feel seen, heard, and valued.

Outside of professional work, I enjoy long walks, traveling to coastal destinations, and home improvement projects. I also love, love, love the farmers market & fresh flowers. I am greatly supported by my Incredible Church family.
