I believe therapy should be a safe place where you are the expert in your own story and all things can be discussed. If it is something that is affecting you, regardless of how big or small it seems, it is something that deserves love, care, and attention. I believe that the therapy room is a place where people can bring their full, authentic selves without being judged as lesser than for the things they do not do, or too much for the things they do.
I am interested in working with peripartum women (from conception to 1 year after birth), those working in education or the healthcare fields, women of color, multi-racial couples, and those struggling with perfectionism and anxiety.
I am a Japanese-American and was born in Hawaii, grew up in Southern California, and moved back to Hawaii for the final few years of high school with my family. I moved to Washington for college and has been here ever since.
Standard rate: $180 / 50-minute session
