Resilient Youth: A 2-day Leadership Development Program for teens ages 15-19

Empower your voice, strengthen your leadership, and connect with a community that sees you. Join Unity Collective’s 2-day Youth Leadership Development Program for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ youth ages 15-19 to build social-emotional leadership skills, explore identity and wellness, and access mental health support.

Through the activities and discussions of this program, youth will (1) gain insight into the factors that influence their identity and personal approach to leadership, (2) increase time management and communication skills, and (3) practice practical life skills to confidently fulfill leadership responsibilities in their community. In addition to spending time indoors for activities and discussion, youth will also go on outings with the facilitators in the Greenlake neighborhood area for lunch and activities.

All participating youth will have access to free therapy sessions with a Unity Collective therapist until the end of this year 2026.
