We strive to de-stigmatize therapy by addressing mental health and relational health topics through various relatable, relevant and low-commitment community events.
Weekday Minis are 30-60 minute virtual events led by Unity Collective therapists as a way to offer education and space for dialogue to the general public on various mental health and relational wellness related topics.
Weekday Minis are typically informative and interactive. These events are open to the general public, and you don’t have to reside in WA State to participate.
